• Standard processing time: 3–7 business days.
• During high‑volume periods, processing may extend to 7–14 business days.
• Orders begin production after payment is confirmed.

• Custom orders are created based on the design, colors, names, or details you provide.
• Please double‑check spelling, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order.
• Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
• Custom items cannot be canceled once work has started.

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
• Standard shipping time: 3–7 business days within the U.S.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Custom Items

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are non‑refundable and non‑returnable unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item arrives with an error caused by us

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Non‑Custom Items

Non‑custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
